Reset Forty, Day Thirteen

Woke to rain sometime Wednesday afternoon, and had to boost the thermostat a degree, the damp made it feel so chilly in here. It's been raining off and on ever since I got up, and there's been some gusty wind as well, sending raindrops rattling against the windowpanes. Both rain and wind have been getting stronger for the last hour or so, and I'm becoming eager to get under the bed covers. There was soup and tortillas for dinner, which was tasty but is giving me a bit of indigestion. When I have soup I don't drink beer with dinner, and now I'm thinking I might make some cocoa with a shot of brandy in it. I really haven't been feeling well all day, and I'm les well now than I was an hour ago. I might need something to help put me to sleep.

Oh, I got a legal document that needs to be signed digitally, but my mouse has been misbehaving very badly and won't hold a signal long enough to do that. I think I'll need to see if my niece or one of the nephews has a spare mouse I can use, or else see if one of them can pick me up a new mouse at one of the stores in town. I'd have no idea where to go.

Feh. Feel bad.
