Reset Forty, Day Thirty-Two

rejectomorphMonday I made more phone calls, and the problems I was dealing with remained unresolved. In fact a new problem has arisen, which will also have to be dealt with. Anyway, the whole things has left me exhausted, and today is the day I have to deal with the plumbers as well, and it's unlikely I'll get enough sleep, and other things I wanted to get done are not finished, so things are crappy for the moment. Also the storm mostly skipped the mini-metropolis, bringing only a few sprinkles, though some places not too far away got furious downpours and thunderstorms. I guess that would be a good thing, had I been in the mood for it, but I really wanted some rain here.
Anyway, the whole day left me in a foul mood, and today has been set up for more of the same or worse. I'm going to go sulk myself to sleep, and hope that at least one problem will be resolved today. But now we are finally getting a bit of rain, and if it gets hard enough it might relax me. I like to go to sleep to the sound of rain.
