Reset Forty-One, Day One

rejectomorphAnother busy day Tuesday. The apartment manager and a plumber finally got here and replaced the wonky faucet in the kitchen, and the faulty shower head, and as a bonus tightened the loose toilet seat and lid. This will make things more convenient than they've been for a while. Then I made a large dinner, and actually managed to eat it, motivated in part by my possession of a six pack of Black Butte Porter from Oregon.
Had the day been a few degrees hotter it's likely that not even good beer could have induced me to eat so much. It will be hotter today, so chances are there won't be a big meal tonight. Massive heat (102 degrees) following two busy (and tiring) days is likely to induce utter lethargy. Also a lot of air conditioner use. I suspect I won't be good for much of anything until Friday, at the earliest. Friday is supposed to top out at a mere 88 degrees.
