Dawn today will lurk behind the clouds. Day will slowly spread, grey and liquid, over glistening fields and shiny pavement, stealing gradually under the dark wet branches of the trees in which the birds wait for the break in the rain. When I wake perhaps the birds will be seeking worms in the soft grass. I will get oranges and we will breakfast together.

Well, the power was off for about 90 minutes, and then the telephone wouldn't work for over an hour, so no internet connection was available throughout most of this stormy day. I must go out and watch the sunset.
