I found a nightcrawler in my kitchen. If I also had a pond or a stream in my kitchen, I could have gone fishin' for my dinner.
Outside, once night falls and other sounds fade, there's now the constant sound of falling leaves hitting the other leaves which cover the ground. It makes me think of sand falling in an hourglass.
The warm weather is over. Highs in the sixties, lows in the forties, for the rest of the week. Novembrrrr.
