Ow

I think I slept on my shoulder wrong, because it's out of place again and aches whenever I sit in one position too long, or when I go out into the cold night air. No star watching tonight, nor any long sessions on teh Internets.

On the bright side, there was a lurid sunset tonight, almost as red as the pomegranate I'm now snacking on. Is pomegranate good for your joints? Science Daily says yes.

Now for a warm shower and moderate exercise.
