Longest

Solstice was nice, though my sloth persisted. I keep forgetting to water the peach tree. It probably won't produce many peaches if it doesn't get copious watering this time of year. It doesn't produce many peaches anyway, being dwarf height challenged variety. It usually produces only a couple dozen good peaches each year. It's best year there were about a hundred, but that was before a snow storm lopped off a couple of its branches, and another branch had to be removed because it was poking the garage. It's an ill-fated tree. Still, it should be watered and it hasn't been. Mea culpa. I'll be punished by a peach famine no doubt.
