Mar. 19th, 2013 08:45 pmNo rain fell last night, but sprinkles began early this evening and continue now, occasionally intensifying to a drizzle. I doubt that this storm will bring much rain. It's been like that all winter, with one storm after another failing to reach its potential— like a bunch of American college graduates. I'm sorely disappointed.
I'm also just plain sorely, as I fell asleep on the couch again with my head stuffed into a corner, and now my neck is prematurely maladjusted. It's two weeks until my next appointment with the chiropractor, and I really don't want to have to go in early, so I'm hoping it will stop hurting in a day or two. For now, it's very uncomfortable to sit in one spot for any length of time, so I won't be spending much time at the computer. What I need is a computer I can use while lying down.
It would be nice if this rain would get a bit more vigorous so I could hear it without opening a window. It's too cold to have the windows open, especially when my neck hurts. I'm going to heat some soup. Maybe that will warm me up.
