It was marginally cooler today than it was yesterday, and will be quite a bit cooler tomorrow, and that might be why today's nap was shorter than yesterdays. I was actually a bit surprised that I only slept from about one o'clock in the afternoon to five o'clock in the evening, as I didn't sleep at all last night. For the last couple of weeks I haven't run on even the ghost of a schedule, and it's very weird. There's not telling what will happen tonight.
I am glad that I was awake to see English people murder one another on television tonight. English murder seems to the the one constant, dependable thing in my life anymore. In fact I don't know what I'd do if the BBC ever decided to stop making shows about murder. I don't know what PBS would do either. They depend on it as much as I do.
While I don't know what's going to happen later tonight, I do know that it isn't going to be a long journal entry. I'd rather be outside listening to the frogs croak than inside writing about them, and maybe the cool air will help un-muddle my head. Besides, my dinner is late again and I have to go eat before I faint. Although fainting might be a good substitute for sleep.
