Reset Forty-Three, Day Thirty-Two

The big excitement Wednesday was checking the supermarket ads to see what I might get on sale when I go shopping in a few days. The answer is not much. If I weren't so terribly out of stuff I'd put it off for another week. I'm going to end up paying full price for quite a few items, and will have to forego some other things that just aren't worth their full prices. It's very bad timing.

In more bad timing, I ought to have taken a nap five hours ago, as I can now barely keep my eyes open. Eating cheese and crackers instead of dinner probably didn't help my energy level, and the heat-induced extra beer was probably not the best idea. But just two days remain of the horrendous heat, after which it will be no more than unpleasantly warm. I might survive after all.
