Reset Forty-Seven, Day Sixty-Eight

Arrangements have ben made for the acquisition of various comestibles this afternoon. Hooray. It might not seem like much to most people, but in my world getting one thing done in a day is quite an accomplishment. But then I also took a shower, so that's two things. And I heated a frozen lasagna for Sunday dinner and made garlic toast to go with it! That's three things! It's a wonder I'm not utterly exhausted. Though, come to think of it, I actually am. I don't even feel bad about not having gotten my grocery list done yet. I can do it when I wake up this afternoon.

The one thing annoying me is that the lasagna has given me acid indigestion. That wasn't a problem for a long time, but I've been getting it more often lately. Age I suppose. Also why my hip has been aching tonight, I guess. Okay, that's two annoying things. People in my family are susceptible to arthritis and rheumatism in old age, and I've been showing signs of that as well. I don't think it' related to my swollen feet, though. Damn, three things annoying me! ell, I guess it balances out. I'm going to try to sleep now and maybe I can forget about all of it for a while.

The rain predicted for today has been cancelled. The next significant chance of rain is Friday afternoon. Fine with me. I like a break between interesting events.
