Reset Forty-Nine, Day One Hundred Eighty-Six

I didn't buy anything for Cyber Monday. I got offers in emails, but I fear I'm just all shopped out. I have little patience for scrolling through pages of goods, looking for something I might want, but probably don't need. Especially when its a chilly day an I'd rather be under my covers reading a nice book, or in the kitchen snacking on a big bowl of hot soup. I looked at Internet for a while, then had a nap, then looked at Internet some more and then had another nap, and so the day passed, and then the night, and now another morning, and it's about time to nap again.

It got down close to thirty degrees overnight, and hasn't begun to warm up yet, so my new blankets are looking very inviting. Even with the furnace on, the cold just seems to seep into the room and zero in on my aged bones. I wonder if vampires have been drinking my blood while I nap? That would account for a lot. That itch on my neck. But I can't keep my eyes open another minute, vampires or not.
