Reset Forty-Nine, Day One Hundred Ninety-Three

UPS says the tablet will be delivered Thursday. That day could be rainy. Wednesday is definitely supposed to be rainy. Today is just supposed to be foggy, at least in parts of the valley. I've looked outside a few times and so far see nothing resembling fog here. Monday was just something I slept through, in fits and starts. The wheelie bins went out to the street. Judging from the muffled rumble and clatter I hear from outside these well-insulated walls, they are being emptied right now. Goodbye, trash.

At the moment I'm feeling quite noddy. I just finished a bowl of kimchee ramen, and hot soup on a chilly night tends to make me sleepy. If I get to sleep soon I'll probably be awake before noon. Not that there's any reason to get up then. Nothing will happen until Thursday. Unless aliens invade, and I suspect they'd just give this whole damned planet a miss. I sure as hell would.
