Saturday afternoon I got a nap in the sunlight. There was very little actual sleep, but it was restful nonetheless. It's easy to understand why cats so enjoy their patches of sunlight. Later I got a couple of ours of actual sleep after the sun went down. It's going down pretty early now, so an hour like nine o'clock can seem quite late. Dinner had to wait until after that nap, as I was plagued with indigestion again and spent much of the day popping antacids. I have no idea what brought it on this time, as I didn't eat any of the usual triggering foods. I'm just going to assume that I've got an ulcer and/or stomach cancer and leave it at that. It's most likely I'll be dead before anything like that can kill me anyway, so I won't worry. I'll just complain. That's the fun part.
We are going to get a few days with highs in the seventies, but next Sunday and Monday could be cool and rainy. After that the highs in the forecast are all in the sixties. Brrr, November.
