Reset Forty-Nine, Day One Hundred Eighty-Nine

I headed to bed about dusk Thursday, expecting I'd wake from my nap in a few hours to the sound of rain, but here the greater part of the night is gone and so far not a drop. I had some post-nap dinner, with consequences not entirely happy. It was tasty, but I'm getting a bit of reflux. I might have overdone the bread. Actually might have overdone everything. In any case, I've now returned to my lethargic state, like a partial hibernation. My life is now like sleepwalking, or perhaps like being a zombie. Maybe I'll get something done, maybe I won't. Maybe it'll rain, maybe it won't. At least I've got fresh donuts, for now.
