I've spent the last three hours or so ordering stuff online for my niece to pick up from Safeway later today. And boy are my brains tired. And everything else. I'd love to sleep but I need to get a shower. Showers are not relaxing when you are old and losing your sense of balance and showering in a tub without geezer bars to grab. Pickup time is eleven o'clock. It won't be a pleasant day, but at least it will be gray and rainy, thus suiting my mood.

Damn. Acid reflux. And headache. Oh, to crawl under the covers and sleep until spring!
