Maybe I just stayed awake too long Wednesday, when I got up before one o'clock in the morning and didn't get back to sleep until around six in the evening, but I got up around one o'clock in the morning again today and started nodding off three ours later, and now can't keep my eyes open. I must be trying to catch up. Anyway, must hit the hay. I don't think anything interesting happened anyway. Mostly it just rained. But the days are noticeably longer. Light growing at both ends. A reminder that time passes. As though I needed one. Time and I are old frienemies.
