Made dinner only semi-catastrophically, more recently got a nasty cramp in my neck and am feeling about as bad as I've ever felt, so don't want to do anything but go to bed and try to sleep. I slept a lot Tuesday. I heard about a study that says Americans are sleeping more than they used to. Well duh. We're getting older. What did they expect? There, I just yawned. Need more proof?
