52/33: Spent

rejectomorphFriday got sucked into the shopping hole. I keep thinking I might eventually get used to shopping online, but it just gets worse each time I do it. Not needing to go out is its only real plus. In every other respect it's even more annoying than shopping in person. this time I got an extra little annoyance when my computer froze up just as I was nearing the end of the task. When I finally got reconnected I had lost the checkout time I'd hoped to get and had to settle for one much later, delaying the end of my day. Is it any wonder I'm such a cranky old guy?
The weather report is saying we could get one more day with showers, that being next Wednesday. More disturbing is that later this month we get six days in a row with highs in the seventies, and the worst of them, Monday the 24th, we get a high of 73. This is ridiculous. Although I will admit I look forward (if I remember) to having a couple of days when I can open the windows for an hour or two in the afternoon. The place needs airing out. For some reason it smells like old man in here. Oh, right.
Dinner gave me indigestion again, but I found my bag of almond flour and can use that to ameliorate it. I have no idea why it works, but it does. And a good thing, too, as it's way past my nap time and I want to get to bed. all that online shopping left me plum tuckered out.
