The client I mean. Now I'm so flabergasted, that I can't remember what I was going to say. Oh, yeah. Nice day here. Go to the Google search engine and search for your friend's LJ user name. If they haven't chosen the option to block webcrawlers, you can read some of their old entries, stored in Google's cache. Get caught up with those days you missed. Did anybody know that there is a band called Flying Blind? Interesting. Serendipitous. I'm going for a walk. Later.

If they have chosen the option to block webcrawlers, they'll still show up, if a crawled person has them on a friends list. :)
