The sky looks good enough to eat. There are some dark clouds with a hint of violet in them which look as though they might have a raspberry flavor, some rapidly moving pale orange clouds in the west which I imagine tasting like peach, some very deep purplish clouds which might be plum, and several big, white fluffy dollops of whipped cream clouds. Alas, the setting sun failed to turn cherry red. Everything is sill quite damp, but there was enough light in the afternoon sky to make the droplets on the bushes and the lawn glow and sparkle. The storm (a rather stern name for so genteel a bit of weather) appears to be breaking up. Another is due in a couple of days. In the meantime, it will be cold. Now, the sky has made me hungry. Must eat. I don't think I'll find anything as tasty as the evening, though. But at least it will be something warm!
