Late

LJ was down or sluggy for so long this evening that I've only just finished catching up. Rejoice! The time it took has spared you a long post! There's only time to say it's gotten all wet here, again. Also, I've decided not to worry about the fact that my head has been empty of late, and that I often go into the other room to do something, but forget what it was before I get there, and then stand in the middle of the room staring into space while scenes from old movies play in my mind. This sort of behavior is surely quite normal. I see my cats engaged in it all the time.

I wonder what movies they are seeing?

boy, was it sluggy. there was a post about it in lj_maintenance, but it lasted a lo-o-ong time. add my invalid cookies and broken internet, and the day was pretty much wasted.
