It is very still tonight. The drawn blanket of cloud hangs above the forest, passing no moonlight or starlight. The frogs have fallen silent. Once in a while, a dog barks. It would be a nice time to sleep undisturbed, but I must walk up the street and listen to my footsteps in the dark. That's restful, too.

Yes, this is Sugar, who got in a fight last night, and went out this morning looking for another, most likely. She is a very aggressive kitty when she wants to be.

What kind of plant is that she's next to? Clover? She looks like a natural hunter.
