Denied Sleep

I ought to still be asleep, but I woke up before 11:00 o'clock after sleeping for less than three hours. It feels as though evil gnomes sandpapered my nostrils and then shoved a couple of gnome-size silicon breast implants up them. Now, I have a sinus headache and can't get back to sleep. Drat. I hope I'm not coming down with something. I need my nose to find the cat droppings that Sunni leaves around the house. (Advice: don't get a cat with long hair. They are prone to cling-ons.) This is going to be a long day, I fear. It is heating up again, and Sluggo will soon go narcoleptic. I wish I could. Oh, you lucky people in England and Italy, where it is already evening and growing cool!
