Mine, as well- particularly since their celebration is not a social obligation. And, of course, because no shopping is involved.

I'm actually wanting to go shopping for some random things for myself... it's been like four months since I've had any disposable income and that's a long time with no new CDs.

Ah, CDs. Music and books are the things I don't mind shopping for. But I haven't bought any recently, either. The computer demands every bit of spare cash I've got. If I don't give it everything, it threatens to reveal my darkest secrets to the world. My computer is wicked and without shame.
