It's probably not noticeable in my posts, but I've run massively afoul of Murphy's Law, and as a result I've been having one crap day after another lately. It's party the result of not enough time. I always complained about the time Sluggo cost me with his frequent crashes, but I don't think I realized how much time he bought me in the real world simply by being unavailable. Now I spend that time putzing about on teh Internets, and other things get put off for too long, so I have no leeway when something goes wrong.

If I go away from here now, I have fifteen minutes when I can squeeze in a shower.

Mmmm, tasty iced tea.

if it makes you feel better (and i must say this because i haven't brought it up in my own journal), i haven't had a day off from my new job that hasn't been pouring down rain. i'm not blowing this out of proportion, this is this absolute truth. if i'm working, the sun is shining. if i happen to be working, there's not a cloud in the sky.
