Rats! I've forgotten to make iced tea again today. At least it wasn't as sultry as yesterday. There were some nice clouds of various types, and it looks as though they might be staying around for moonrise. We appear to be on the edge of one of those weather systems that often hovers over the ocean this time of year. I'll bet it was foggy on the coast today. It's probably cool there, and I'll bet the fog-wreathed redwoods are damp with condensation. A foggy coastal forest is so delightfully morose. I'd love to be there, listening to the drip, drip, drip. It's too quiet here. I think I'll fix that by putting a sprinkler on the lawn. It won't make fog, but it might generate a bit of mist should a breeze come up. In the meantime, I'm going to stand under the shower for a while. It isn't rain, but it has been in the past.
