Adjusted. The top vertebra was out. That one really hurts when it pops back in. In fact, it feels worse now than it did before. That's partly because I let it stay out too long. It's going to be a rough few days. There'll be more work on it tomorrow, and then still more in the future. Until everything is back where it belongs, I'll be spending very little time on the computer.
I got almost no sleep this morning, so tried to nap when I got back. Managed about two hours before waking with massive headache. I hope the adjustment didn't come undone while I slept. This is why I hate having morning appointments-- but nothing else was available. If I'd had a reasonable amount of sleep before going in, I could have remained moderately active for a few hours, and mostly vertical, which would have given the adjustment more time to settle. Well, I'll find out tomorrow afternoon. Sometimes it's inconvenient being out of step with the rest of the world.
Time for another five minutes with the ice pack.
