Yanks!

Today will be another head yanking day. I think it might move a bit easier this time, but I'll probably still feel crappy tomorrow. I've been avoiding spending too much time on the computer, so as not to create any new neck problems. Appointment is for three o'clock, so I hope I can get to sleep soon enough to be reasonably well rested. I'll be so glad when all this is done.

The early-rising blue jays are already cheeping. Not the most restful music, but I take what I can get.
