Already?

Has anyone checked to make sure that the Earth's rotation hasn't been sped up? The clock says that the days are getting longer, but I'm sure they are shrinking. Maybe I'll write a letter to the people in charge of time. Naval Observatory, isn't it? Somebody has screwed up, somewhere. Somebody owes me a goatload of hours!
