Reset Forty-Nine, Day Two Hundred Eight
Dec. 20th, 2023 09:01 amDid I forget this again? I guess I did. I didn't sleep well Tuesday night, and not very well Tuesday day either, so I've been a bit more muddleheaded than usual, which means I've been WORLD CLASS MUDDLEHEADED! But anyway I opened the posting page about six hours ago and got distracted and didn't write anything, so I'm writing something now, and it will be as much a surprise to me as it will be to anyone. But for the moment I feel somewhat contented, as I just downed a bowl of spicy ramen, which was very warming on this chilly morning which is deceitfully sunny and bright, unlike me, who is neither of those things. Well, maybe I'm a bit deceitful, but I'd have to be far more so to claim either sunniness or brightness.
Anyway I've had some hot ramen and feel pretty so-so goodish, and most of my dishes are clean, and I've got some strawberries marinating and in a couple of hours will make a waffle to pile them on and some whipped cream to pile on them, so my short term future looks pretty good, or at least pretty tasty. I probably won't be sleeping again any time soon though, as hamster wheel brain is in charge. It might turn out to be a good morning to try out my new steam mop. There's a very slight chance there could be a few showers today, but probably not. I think I will listen to some songs about rain anyway.
