Sacramento's PBS station is re-running Ken Burns' Jazz series, and I got hung up watching it until four in the morning. Not enough time to do anything else, now- and well worth it.

Yes, that cute little big-toothed kid who went off sailing with his grandfather was Ben Affleck. There was also a second Mimi series, when he was a few years older. It was filmed largely in Mexico. I actually enjoyed those programs, and it was probably the best acting Ben has ever done.
