I've been wondering that for quite some time. Normally I'm not much of a conspiracy nut, but I can't recall seeing him in weeks. I understand the whole "undisclosed location" thing, but he can't send us a videotape?
I've long since stopped wondering and just take it as a given. :)
(Actually, he dies all the time. That surgery he had? They stuck a mini-defibrulator in his heart so every time it stops and he dies it automatically brings him back to life. Our tax dollars hard at work. God bless America.)
